  • 100 pounds of potatoes
  • 30 loaves of bread
  • 8 pounds of butter
  • 15 large cans of vegetables
  • 50 assorted pies or cakes
  • 250 plates
  • 250 dessert plates
  • 600 napkins
  • 250 pieces of fruit
  • 25 gallons of tea, coffee, or milk
*based on an average of 250 people
